Pure Hearts, a non-governmental organisation dedicated to helping needy children, is thrilled to announce its annual event, “Sapno Ki Udaan,” in collaboration with World Mark Gurgaon. This year’s event, scheduled for April 27th, promises an evening filled with music, dance, drama, and heartfelt sentiments shared by the children of Gurugram NCR. The founder of the NGO, Shalu J Sahani, says, “ Awareness for the cause is a year-long message and who better than young Avengers who can light the path of an inclusive society.”

Celebrating the diversity of life and the uniqueness of children on the autism spectrum, Pure Hearts Sapno Ki Udaan has become a beacon of hope and inclusion in the community. This year marks the seventh successful edition of the event, a testament to its significance and impact over the years.

The event will kick off at 5:30 p.m. at WorldMark, Sector 65, Gurgaon, and promises a memorable experience for all attendees. With the theme “Nurturing a child takes a community,” Pure Hearts extends its gratitude to the community for their unwavering support and participation in making Sapno Ki Udaan a reality.

The lineup for this year’s event features a diverse range of participants, including prestigious schools such as The Shri Ram School Aravali & Moulsari, Scottish High International School, Ridge Valley School, and many more. Renowned singers with disabilities and those on the autistic spectrum, such as the Shining Stars and Shivang Agarwal from Action for Autism, will grace the stage with their inspiring performances.

Non-profit organisations working with differently abled and underprivileged children, including Vishwas Vidyalaya and A.L.P.A.N.A., will also be part of the event, along with artists from various disciplines and acclaimed performers like the troupe of Guru Jayashree Acharaya—Rasik Performing Arts, will present a Kathak dance performance. Attendees can also look forward to a bake sale and stalls featuring handmade products and paintings by children from Pure Hearts who are on the autism spectrum or have disabilities.

The highlight of the evening will be the presence of Mr Ranveer Singh Saini, a legendary figure who has defied all odds. Diagnosed with autism at two, Ranveer has become a source of pride for the nation, winning Gold for India at the Special Olympics World Game in 2015 and earning recognition as a LIMCA record holder for four consecutive years. His journey is a testament to the power of determination and resilience.

Nivedita Rathore from Pure Hearts expressed her gratitude for the overwhelming support received each year, emphasising the importance of creating opportunities for the inclusion of children living on the autism spectrum.

Parthav Sarin, a Pure Hearts volunteer and a student of Lotus Valley International School, expressed his excitement for the upcoming event. He reflected on the success of last year’s Sapno Ki Udaan and the enthusiasm of children for the initiative.

Ms Inderbir Thussu, Principal of Kunskapsskolan, highlighted the school’s commitment to empowering each learner and creating inclusive learning environments that celebrate individuality.

Pure Hearts invites everyone to join in the celebrations, show their support, and help bring smiles to everyone’s faces. It’s not just an event; it’s a movement towards a more inclusive society where every child is embraced and celebrated for who they are.
