Season 3 of Lost Recipes
The food and travel show, Lost recipes is back with a brand new season. Starting from April 28, Chef Aaditya Bal will take viewers on a journey of discovery to a bygone era of culinary traditions. Lost Recipes Season 3 breaths of air on The Epic Channel and EPIC ON, every Thursday at 9 pm.

Lost Recipes brings to light recipes and cooking methods lost to the sands of time. Through extensive research and with the help of food historians and scholars, the showpieces together the stories of various communities across the country and tries to understand their culture through age-old recipes and customs that are no longer in practice.
In Season 3, we will see Chef Bal discovering Maratha flavours in the city of Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Then the journey will continue to the city of Patiala and further on to the misty mountains of Himachal Pradesh to explore some of the older cuisines of the country. The latest season also promises a memorable trip to the Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad before the sojourn winds up with some exciting recipes in Gujarat, a town that not many people know exists.
A self-trained chef with over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Chef Aaditya Bal is renowned across the country for bringing regional Indian cuisine to the mainstream through some of the most loved cooking shows on Good Times (erstwhile NDTV Good Times, The Epic Channel, TLC and Videocon D2H.
