Gurugram is ready to recycle its streets with Raahgiri Day as part of its ‘Open Streets Campaign’!
With the two challenges to promote sustainable mobility, Raahgiri Day is also observing it’s 7th Anniversary in Gurugram. Join us on 7th November 2020, 6:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m. at Cycle Track, GMDA office to participate in various street activities and street games.
Start your day with healthy habits like yoga, Zumba and cycling, reclaiming city streets! Enjoy Band Performance, Nukkad Naatak, parklet for kids and much more. Bicycles would be available for kids and adults. Maintain physical distance and do carry your masks and water bottles.
Streets For People and Cycles4Change Challenge are initiatives of Ministry Of Housing And Urban Affairs (MoHUA) with partners, to encourage active mobility like walking and cycling in cities. This helps us become resilient adopting safe, sustainable and healthy modes of commute; and recycle our streets into equitable and inclusive health infrastructure, as cities.
